Shipping & Returns

The following Shipping & Returns policy outlines information regarding purchases from Lulbury.co.uk and your rights with regards to refunds and returns.

We want you, our customers to be delighted with our products. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to refund your purchase within 30 days of the date the product leaves our warehouse. All we ask is that you return your product in an undamaged, unused and re-saleable condition. Please note that proof or purchase is required.

Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a refund of your original payment via the method you used to pay within 7 working days. If your returned product is not in a like new condition, we reserve the right to partially refund at our discretion.

Under our Shipping & Returns policy we cannot accept any products that have been used unless deemed faulty. In the case of a candle, we will be unable to accommodate a refund if it appears that the candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions included with your product and on our website. We strongly advise that these instructions are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs unless goods are deemed to be faulty.

How to return your items

1. Contact us to talk about what you are returning and your reasons for the return at [email protected].

2. We will then send you instructions of how and where to return your items.

3. We will refund your original payment method in line with our RETURN POLICY terms.

Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if any parts of your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make every effort to resolve any issues.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. We will refund the full amount of your order to the payment method you used to purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to help.

Standard Mainland UK delivery (2-4 working days) – FREE for orders over £50. Delivered Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Outside of the United Kingdom

We do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of the United Kingdom.
