Shipping & Returns
We want you, our customers to be delighted with our products. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to refund your purchase within 30 days of date the product leaves our warehouse. All we ask is that you return your product in an undamaged, unused and re-saleable condition.
Please note that proof or purchase is required. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a refund of your original payment via the method you used to pay within 7 working days. If your returned product is not in a like new condition, we reserve the right to partially refund at our discretion. We cannot accept any products that have been used unless deemed faulty. In the case of a candle, we will be unable to accommodate a refund if it appears that the candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions included with your product and on our website. We strongly advise that these instructions are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
